Somewhere about 30-35 years ago, as soon as a man began to meditate, his friends and colleagues spoke: well-well, he went off his head. In the same time in European and American corporations the managers, the leading workers died in large quantities, mainly aged 50- 55 years from "the chief's disease". Sudden heart attacks, strokes - directly at the working desk - this phenomenon in those times was so frequent that people began to think about the dilemma: what to search for - a simpler work or the mean of deliverance from "the chief's disease". On the one hand, the managers are educated highly intellectual people, on the other one - they have the great responsibility for those people, which they lead. And they realized that the stress kills them. It is completely naturally, managers put a question what should they do in order to get rid of these stresses? They also realized that medicine can not offer them effective and in the same time convenient aid. Doctors prescrembed rest to everybody, but people had no time to rest indeed - vacation can be taken one or two times per year, days off are one-two in the week, and even during the day off the thought about the work continued "to press" on the man. Manager "bore"\carried work with him everywhere - at home, both in the restaurant and in the theater... With time, after having sorted out \looked over many different means, people in Europe came to the conclusion that exactly meditation allows to release from the accumulated stresses sufficiently rapidly and anywhere, including not leaving the workplace. Following the demand for "a short, but effective rest" the supply\offers arose from the different organizations. One of the methods of such rest, which can master practically any unprepared person is meditation Sakhadzh Samadi. This technique gives people who do not like physical or respiratory exercises the possibility to control emotions, and to get rid of the stresses. Meditation is taught by the International Fund "Art of Living". Besides meditations the Fund offers a number of programs developed expressly for the leading personnel, for example, "Stress- management". In this case Sakhadzh Samadi meditation comes simultaneously with similar courses. Courses which are called APEX (Approuch and Exellence), do not include meditation; this course is accentuated on respiration and control of emotions. Nowadays, in any spot on the globe the managers of the high level recognize that, in any case, they compulsorily make something which makes it possible to decrease the influence of stress OR to reduce the level of stress. This is completely the opposite of the approach which they practiced 30 years ago. Then the mad were considered those, who practiced meditation or pranajama; today the mad - those, who do not practice them. Nowadays responsible manager tells himself: "So many people depend on you, and if you are subjected to stresses, then you will not be able adequately to react to changes in the situation, changes in the business. You will commit the error for sure, which will negatively affect on those hundreds and thousands of people, which work under your management". A good, serious corporation can not afford it. In the serious corporations they have already realized long ago, that ideal workers either do not exist or not much enough. Everybody makes mistakes; and a quantity of errors, committed by a leader, in the equal measure depends on both qualification and work experience and the mental stability of a person, who takes up the leading post. Nowadays the workers of the higher level of corporation management compulsorily use anything in order to remove stresses, including the obligatory meditation. выступили всеукраинское ТОВ «Мистецтво життя» при поддержке международной компании «МEGА LIFESCIENCES» и всеукраинского благотворительного фонда «Детский мир». ФОТО.
В рамках всеукраинской благотворительной акции «Подари радость детям», организованной Международной организацией ТОВ «Мистецтво життя» при поддержке «МЕGА LIFESCIENCES», в приюте для несовершеннолетних и интернате №3 для 150 краматорских ребятишек был проведен трехдневный бесплатный курс «Школа без агрессии».
